Eon Dawn Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Eon Dawn app for iOS, operated by Toast On Fire LLC.
The short version: Eon Dawn needs no account, and your game progress stays on your device. The app does not collect personal data and does not track you.
Game data stays on your device
Your game progress and settings are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. The app does not upload your save data.
No account
No account, login, or registration is required to play, and the app does not create one for you.
What we do not collect
The app does not collect your name, contact information, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data. It requests no camera, microphone, location, photo, or contact permissions. It does not use advertising or device identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center on your device, the app reports achievement completions to Game Center so they can appear there. The game never asks you to sign in and works fully without Game Center. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications
The app can send reminder notifications, and only if you allow them when asked. These are scheduled locally on your device; the app does not use remote push notifications.
Diagnostics and analytics
Crash and performance diagnostics gathered by Apple's on-device frameworks stay on your device. The app contains an optional anonymous usage analytics component (TelemetryDeck) that is disabled in the current release and transmits nothing. If a future update enables it, it would send only anonymous usage events over an encrypted connection, tied to a random per-install identifier, never personal data and never device or advertising identifiers, and this policy will be updated to say so.
Apple may also collect aggregate statistics and crash reports at the App Store platform level, subject to your device settings and Apple's own privacy policy.
